How it works

Two flows, each a few taps long.

For the fan

  1. 1ScanThe QR on the seat opens the menu with stand, section, row and seat already filled in.
  2. 2ChooseBig product cards, sold-out items greyed out live, options like extra cheese.
  3. 3PayCard details go to the payment provider's secure page — the card is only authorised.
  4. 4TrackOrder number on screen and by SMS, live status until it's ready.

For the canteen

  1. 1AlertNEW ORDER chimes on every tablet until someone acknowledges it.
  2. 2AcceptOne tap charges the card. If it fails, the card turns red: do not prepare.
  3. 3PrintThe ticket prints itself — big order number, big seat — kitchen items to the kitchen printer.
  4. 4ReadyOne tap to Preparing, Ready, Collected or Delivered. The fan gets a text.

Safe when the Wi-Fi drops

A lost connection is shown in red and actions pause, so nobody works from a stale screen. Payments can never run twice.

Automatic thermal printing

80 mm ESC/POS printers via a small local print agent — no print dialog per order. Route food and drinks to different printers.

QR codes per seat

Generate codes for a venue, a stand, or every seat in a section — export as PDF sheets, PNG or ZIP.

Any venue layout

Stands, sections, rows and seats — or simply zones and tables for festivals and halls. Pickup, delivery to seat, or both.

SMS at every step

Received, accepted, ready, completed — or a clear message if an order can't be taken. Provider-independent.

Reports per match

Payments & payouts

We take the payments. You get paid the next day.

Customers pay through the platform. Every morning each canteen operator receives a settlement statement — gross sales, commission, payment fees and refunds, line by line — and the balance is paid out.

  • Authorise on order, capture on accept — a rejected order is never charged.
  • Card details never touch our servers: payment-provider hosted pages only.
  • Every euro traceable from order to settlement; history never rewritten.
